Some hiccups with purchase, installation and followup
Overall the purchase was okay. The sales process was alright but I did get shunted around after the initial consultation. One person for the consultation and then another person for the contract. This seems to be a thing with some companies. When there was a delay with the installation I had to contact a third person to get the installation date sorted out. The installers were great and cleaned everything up properly. But I had to contact sunenergy again for after sales support. There was no followup. I had to contact them myself with questions.
Battery - Hiconics
So far I am happy with the performance but I still seem to draw small amounts from the grid when the battery is full.
