Very Happy Customer! After searching for various solar installer reviews online, i went with Sungold Solar. Syed's communication was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and would always reply to any email or sms enquiries i had about the products or installation without any fuss....and i asked alot. The Solar installers were also fantastic. Happy to answer any questions i had and their work was very neat and tidy. All wiring and termination and conduit work was well placed and neat. I would definetely reccomend Sungold Solar. Their communcation, politness and quality of work as a company is fantastic which is something very rare to find with companies these days. Thank you Sungold Solar Team.

Sungold solar did an amazing Job installing our System, Would recommend them to everyone. They upgraded my single-phase system to a three-phase for unlimited solar export. Helped me set up the monitoring on my phone and sent all paperwork to my electricity company to have the meters changed. the Install team was easy to talk to. They explained everything clearly and made sure I am happy with everything.

The Solar Consultant Anisul visited our house (no others did this) to check the electrical meter and discuss our options which was really useful. Anisul was very informative and gave us a good price too.
Solar Panel - Jinko
We chose N type solar panels with the aim of having greater efficiency for longer. So far they have been good and one good sunny day recently the panels produced 7kW. We ran our AC and a large power drawing oven and did the washing and ran the dishwasher and we were still feeding in power to the grid.
Solar Inverter - Sungrow
Seems to be doing the job. Albeit needed a software upgrade before we could use the app to see its functionality.

The initial install of the solar system had an issue with the smart meter. After a couple of messages, it was finally actioned and Sam was very helpful. I hope they can action this type of issues more quickly. Overall, I’m now satisfied with the operation of the system.
Solar Inverter - Fronius
Everyone is saying a Fronius brand is reliable but they forgot to tell me that you won’t get full feature reporting until you subscribe to their service of $33 every year.

The installation went well but there was an issue with the Fronius Smart Meter. It’s been 2 months and they still haven’t fixed it right. I’m disappointed and support is terrible.

I have a Fronius inverter and Smart Meter. The inverter seems to be working okay but the Smart Meter is not. I’ve been trying to get it fixed in the last 2 months but there is very little support. This is not acceptable.
