The company rep came to my house to talk about what I needed. He was informative and answered my questions. The installers were young men, and were amazingly polite and tidy. Their young leader checked with me several times (for different rooms) as to exactly where I wanted the units, how high on the wall, etc. The electrician team were great and I think they probably sorted out an extra electric problem while they were on site. I was very relieved with the whole process from start to finish, as in a previous house I had had a sub optimal experience with a different company. Disclaimer - no conflict of interest, I have no familial or friend connection with anyone in the company, and had not even heard of them before they were recommended by a few different people.
