Dan from The Happy Plumber was fantastic. We had a very old, inefficient electric-boosted solar hot water system and wanted to upgrade to a high quality heat pump. Dan responded quickly to my enquiry and provided very thorough and informative advice on the systems he recommends, which helped us confidently choose an Apricus heat pump. His communication was excellent and he made sure I understood the rebate process. Our new system was installed this week and we also got them to remove our old solar hot water system from the roof. They were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. Couldn’t recommend The Happy Plumber highly enough. So happy with their service!

Dan, the happy plumber, was friendly, easy to talk to, answering all sensible questions. He was teamed up with a competent electrician. The installation looks professional. Dan spent extra time at the end tidying up any loose cables making the install look as good as possible. The work site was left clean and tidy.
