I live on the Mornington Peninsula and from start to finish to whole process was surprisingly easy! Powerband Staff was amazing! Starting with Trent in Sales - first class - he goes the extra miles when it comes to great customer relationships - always available to ask questions and help! I’m old and sometimes I don’t understand or question some things - Trent has never failed to respond to any of my calls - now that’s great service ! Tim - the boss - works too hard and his efficient team of Electricians do a first class job - on time - and at all hours! I was very surprised and may I say delighted to regularly chat with Tim while the installation was being completed. Tim should be very proud of his work and service to the customer - that was me! Dave and the women in the office: Madison & Rachel - all very polite and respectful too! For my small house it was a big job - but never any trouble ! The 24kw System installed with Sigenergy is simply amazing - every day I look at the App and the readable information is impressive! Even better news - with an electric car - my system is almost independent of the grid….and today - after 2 months since installation - my electric company ( even with the very low tariffs ) are paying me! So, overall I could not be more impressive and grateful to the team at Powerband for all their help…….Im a very happy customer. Thanks. Michael

JINKO - This setup looks great over my roof - the amount of power these 23 Panels can produce in a day is impressive - my roof is basically covered and it looks as though it will last the 20 years that I want!

The inverter is part of this integrated technology system and thus works flawlessly - only 2 months into the model working - but I’m very impressed.
Battery - Sigenergy
Sigenergy seems amazing! The finished product looks great on the side of the house - not a distraction at all - I’m in love with the App and how responsive and intuitive it feels and looks! Obviously the battery is central to this story of cheaper electricity for me - and since I was advised to oversize the system needed on my home and not undersize its capacity - after 2 months only my bills are neutral and they are paying me for my grid power to the Electrical company - thus I could not be happier! Will this system be working well in 10 years time, I don’t know but if today’s results are anything to go by…..things are looking good on my electricity front! Sigenergy seems impressive! Thank you everyone.

Trent led the sales process and ensured that all questions were answered thoroughly and accurately. David led the way on the electrical teamwork, always with a smile and a laugh. He was able supported by many competent team members, including Jobe (the roof monkey who got into the tightest places. It's amazing for someone who eats so much, that he remains so slender. He always had a laugh and a joke and tried to do more than his share of the work. They were also supported by Liam and Nick. We had a Sigenergy 16kw modular battery system installed. We had a Westinghouse Induction Cooker installed as well as a Mitsubishi Inverter Split System installed by Powerbank. You can always judge the worth of a team by how well they work as a team and how well the remedy problems that may arise. Every job has little difficulties that needed extra attention or extra fittings. The Powerbank Electrical overcame every obstacle that arose and sourced any extra bits and pieces that were required. These guys are worth their weight in gold and represented their business with a smile, a joke and politeness. How could you choose a better team than Powerbank Electrical. Thank you guys for your help and assistance.
Battery - Sigenergy
The battery is flawless. It takes up little space, looks stunning and manages our power needs from solar generation, storage and distribution without a hitch. It is seamless and can be added on as needs change and can provide EV vehicle charging with just an additional module. In the time it has been installed the app has shown live updates on where, how and when our power is being directed. The poor grid has only supplied ikw to our home and that was while the battery was initially charging. Love my Sigenergy.
