Heat Pump - Midea

Bought mine 2 or 3 months ago and it’s broke down twice. It’s now 20 degrees outside and in emergency mode for a month, Friday after Thanksgiving, and electric heaters can’t get the temperature over 69 degrees with my 7 month old grandson living here. You would think for the thousands I spent on their heat pump instead of making me wait for parts, they’re to cheap to replace it. I live on solar my electric bill was $1.34 for the month it worked. Who knows now, wonder if they pay the difference?
