Company took on too much work on during the government rebates and took 2 months to finish our job.
Battery - Growatt
Growatt were a great company to deal with. They were quick to respond and help with setting up the battery's with Glow bird who seem to be the best option for our system. Perhaps a bigger inverter would be better (5kw). But I'm running an Ev, big heated pool, and a big house.

The intial consultation/quote was great. The team member met me at home and was very thorough and polite. An expected installation time of 2 weeks from deposit was mentioned. This was followed up by a very detailed quotation proposal and outlined everything clear and concise. Once the 20% deposit was paid, a 3-4week installation time was stipulated, with a planned date to be given 1 week prior. It was radio silence for 4 weeks, until I followed up again. A firm install date was finally given after 4 days of unreturned phone calls. The morning of the planned installation date rolls around with no prior contact. By 8:30am, I was calling the company for an update. At 9:00am, a van arrvies with two gentlemen ready to work... however, they were subcontractors. The workmanship by the subcontractors was exceptional and their manners were a credit to themselves. It's unfortunate that the company I had dealt with didn't show the same care from start to finish. Mind you, the minute the work had been completed - the invoice was emailed across by the initial company.
