3 months, still waiting
I signed up and paid a deposit in late Dec for solar and battery. Provided a bunch of information early January. They chased me with urgent 'installers in your area, done in 5-10 business days, get back to us within 6 hours' messages early Feb for the information provided in January. They called late February, looking to schedule the install before remembering I also needed solar. When asked when they'd get around to it, they said 'could be 6 months'. Still waiting... Glad the contract locked in the price.
Solar Inverter - Solplanet
Home assistant integration is important to me. No inverter seems have a proper 'works with home assistant' integration, that isn't community supported and I can be sure will work in 10 years. So many also are also on unreliable WiFi. It's a box wired into your house... Give it an Ethernet jack. Solplanet at least has mitigations.
Battery -
Come with the inverter.

Good, responsive sales team. Installers arrived on time, were efficient, cleaned up well. Extra work I requested was carried out as part of the installation and billing for this work was less than quoted. App was undergoing upgrade at time of installation. Follow up to hand over control of app took several frustrating days. Follow up support was excellent
Battery -
Battery performance has been excellent. Solplanet App is informative and easy to use.
Virtual Power Plant - Amber
Still waiting on integration with Solplanet so I can control timing of power flows to and from the grid.
