Scott at WA Off Grid Solar has been outstanding throughout the whole process. In an industry full of dodgy lying salesmen Scott is anything but that. Knowledgeable honest and down to earth. Our system was the first of a new model from Goodwe meaning Scott planned it to be a little different than what was required. He covered these changes without a single extra dollar charged. This actually meant he upped the battery and panel number free of charge. He monitored the system for any inefficiencies remotely and made some small changes to increase the efficiency. As for the Goodwe and risen panels system its excellent. The App is great and easy to monitor. We have had it for over a month now (august so not very sunny) and we have used only $8.70 from the Grid! Awesome. Give Scott a call, he is honest, actually knows what he’s talking about as a licensed sparky, has been in the industry over a decade, very fair priced and supports his product. Oh and lastly he actually takes the rebate from the gov off your price unlike other shonky solar providers.
