Excellent sales process from the start
Excellent sales process from the start, and my expectations were exceeded at each point until handover. Their contracted installers had a reputable and impressive CV. Pricing was very competitive compared to two other quotes I obtained from independent installer teams. The final pricing in the purchase agreement itemised the cost of labour and materials separately, including a surprise battery manufacturers discount...total transparency. Only premium product was offered which is what I wanted. Only post installation support was with a software glitch with the battery app. Was resolved promptly by the manufacturer's representative remotely within an hour. I used the retailer's help desk a couple of times prior to install and answered promptly. Most comfortingly, final payment was not required until 5 business days after handover.
