WE are very happy with the efficiency and performance of the Reclaim unit.
Early days, but the Reclaim unit with Panasonic inverter is quiet, uses less electricity than I expected, and can’t tell any difference from the hot water produced by the old instant gas system.

THE appearance and functionality of the Reclaim heat pump is Very Good.
Heat pump has been working well for 4 months, especially with a family of 6. But all of a sudden has stopped working. I hope this is not the sign of things to come. Now waiting to find out the issue.

I am extremely pleased with the Reclaim system. I especially like the flexible control with the wifi attached app. The size (300l +) is suitable for our requirements. I also chose it because of the separate heating unit and the 10-year warranty on everything.

Totally impressed with this brand. Very quiet, you can hardly hear it standing next to it. The water was hot within 2 hours of installation. There is no shortage on cold days even with more than usual usage with guests. I am very satisfied that the extra cost was worth it.
The tank is tall 1990 and impressive. The efficiency seems to be exceptionally good. The compressor is commendably quiet and very appropriate fotr the location and the proximity of the neighbour’s house. The unit produces hot water at all our outlets with a hot tap impressively quickly.
