We do not accept reviews from:
- Manufacturers or distributors of the product
- Installers, resellers or contractors involved in supplying the system
- Employees, agents, or individuals with a financial interest in the product or brand
- Individuals providing a review on behalf of someone else
Our intent is to ensure reviews and scores reflect genuine consumer experiences.
What We Publish
Once submitted and verified, your review will typically include:
- Your name (first name and initial, or full name as submitted)
- Your suburb or region (optional, but encouraged)
- Details of your system or product (e.g., “6.6kW solar system with SolarEdge inverter”)
- Your written review and rating
This information helps other Australian households make informed decisions when comparing products.
We do not publish your email address, phone number, or any personal contact details.
