Battery - Fox-ESS
Very happy, easy to monitor. With full load of house (<3kW) running overnight we struggle to exhaust the battery. On an average load with EV charging we could run for a few days on battery.
good sales process, great installation, poor after sale service
Sales process is very good and effective communication. Installation is seamless! the team is very orgnaised, big system finished within 6 hours! Great team. Tidy and neat! However, post-installation wupport is very poor. Any questions after the installation went to the bottom of sea despite several phone calls, messages and emails.
