The installation process went smoothly

The installation process went smoothly, but it was delayed by a couple of weeks.

Battery - SAJ

I have an H2-10K-S3-A 10kW hybrid inverter and three racks with three batteries in each, for a total capacity of 46 kW. Unfortunately, the system stopped charging batteries at the full 10 kW as it was supposed to. After about one month, the maximum charging capacity dropped to 7 kW. SAJ support was unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue.

Austar Solar battery installation

Austar were the only provider to inspect the site. The installer was friendly but did not communicate well about when he was coming. The battery has high spec although the brat was not widely installed. The system seems to be working well Although it does draw power off the grid every day but only 0.6kw. I don’t know if this is common with all batteries
