Avoid SIGENERGY at all cost

Auswell are a good solid company. The same cannot be said for Sigenergy. Despite having the most advance 3 phase battery/solar/generator system I would advice everyone to AVOID SIGENERGY at all costs. Nearly 5 months since it was installed and it is yet to function correctly. Sig beleive that everything can be resolved at the end of a phone - It cannot. Their service is abysmal and none existent. Their in house engineer instructed my installer via a trail and error method, which resulted in a toasted ATS. Now I have to engage the lawyers to get this resolved.
