About Electrical Masters
We are in the business of the solar industry as installers with more than 10 years of experience. In the past, we have completed over 3,000 installations for renowned companies. In 2018, we established ourselves as an in-house, installer-owned solar installation company. We are CEC and SAA-accredited designers, solar installers, retailers, and A-grade Victorian government-certified installers, making us true masters of any electrical work.
Our expertise goes beyond solar panels—we also handle air conditioning, downlights, general electrical work, and pre-wiring. The idea to start our company came when we realized that while thousands of solar companies are retailer-owned, very few are installer-owned. We entered the market to educate our customers on the importance of quality installations and proper solar work. You can buy any brand of solar panel or inverter from various companies, but trustworthy installers are the cornerstone of a successful and lasting solar installation.

Electrical-masters has provided very poor support
Electrical-masters has provided very poor support. I’ve had to call multiple times just to get an update, and even then there’s often no response. They repeatedly promise to follow up or deliver a fix, but those commitments aren’t met and nothing gets resolved.

Quick and easy
Adjusted the system to suit my needs and price range. Installation happened very quickly and they cleaned up 98% of the rubbish which was really good - not all installers do this. Additionally, the install itself looks good. They paid a lot of attention to detail making it tidy. Customer service was good. They made the applications etc.
