Great process from the initial quote from Abraham, quick turnaround time from paying the deposit to Joshua and Mitch installing the battery – one week – would have been quicker but I was not available when the team wanted to come first. Very knowledgeable and helpful of all aspects of the process and product. Very clean workmanship, very polite and organized all the paperwork and a pleasure to deal with.

Great process from initial contact to system handover. Came on site to inspect the property and provided multiple quotes to suit. Good pricing and worked in rebates and discounts to get the best deal. During install the staff were super efficient and friendly. Communicating with us clearly on what was happening and proceed a handover walkthrough before leaving site.

Mitch from Ethos was prompt with communication and very knowledgeable with the process and technical aspects. He was flexible with installation times due to poor weather and managed to do the installation within a week of the original date. The quotes he provided were very reasonable and the best of three separate installers. I was happy enough with his work that I have asked for a quote on additional electrical work. I recommend Mitch and Ethos Electrical for solar installation.
