Excellent installation by Greenvoy Energy - great advice, and smooth install of Fox ESS 10kw Inverter + 42kw Battery System. Held my hand through everything, and help me configure and debug the Fox ESS after installation.

A Battery Install from a helpful professional team
In April 2024 I installed solar panels. When in January 2026 I decided to install batteries, I called the business that installed my solar panels but the service level and interest in making a further sale was non existent. I lodged my interest with three businesses advertising battery installs. Aqib from Greenvoy Energy responded within an hour. Aqib took the time to ask me about my existing solar panels and asked for a current electricity bill. He also answered, to my satisfaction, many questions that I had. Aqib sent me a detailed quotation based on the best battery capacity for my current usage with prices using batteries from different manufacturers. Aqib explained the pros and cons of the different batteries and the different government rebates available for different battery capacities. Ultimately the final decision on battery size and manufacturer is yours. Once my decision was made, Arsalan managed the whole seamless install process. So starting with great advice and then professional installation my batteries are now operational and I am enjoying cheaper power. Thank you Greenvoy Energy for a job well done.

I chose GreenVoy Energy to be my solar provider and I am very happy with my decision. From start to finish the experience has been very professional. Aqib did a site inspection, explained everything fully, optimised my panel layout along with battery recommendation and placement. 20 panels and 42 kWh battery. Quote was competitive. Installation was yesterday and the professionalism continued. The team was polite and pleasant and very proficient. They completed the work on the day, which looks great, and explained everything. They cleaned up everything leaving no mess. My experience with GreenVoy Energy has been excellent and I highly recommend them.
Well planned and installed system
Just had the install and must say, everything went better than I expected. From sales, to consultation, inspection and installation, the team done an amazing job. A full brick installation with a few technical difficulties to overcome and the team excelled at every turn. Early days, but I hope the system is reliable and trouble free for years to come.
