Excellent Customer Service and Installation
The electrician fully explained the battery installation process and was very thorough with the best options and the KW size I would need based on my electricity usage. There was no upselling just the facts. I already had solar panels (installed by another company 3 years previously), and the battery was coupled in. Halcol also took on the warranty for the solar panels as well as the battery which I thought was great. I had already undertaken my own due diligence, and it was down to two battery options. I ended up going with Sigenergy in lieu of Tesla. I can add onto the Sigenergy battery system easily which is great. The guys turned up on time and cleaned up once finished with the installation. They explained the App to me which was super simple. Highly recommend Halcol Energy. Battey installed on 11 October 2025.
