Sale progress is excellent - the firm provide a detailed information with suggestion of how to achieve the best outcome suitable for my need . Installer team is friendly with visiting on site and finish the works in two days - remove the old solar and install new one and batteries on other days - went through explanation of the system and assist support after sale I am happy with the installation and would recommend the firm - No pressure to sign up for the deal and finish the work as per schedule .

Sygenergy has app which allow you to monitor the progress and I am happy to see all detail of charging on and export and how energy is used in my place

Battery performance is good - its discharge rate is 50% - and it support 3ways backup suitable for my house's need and enough juice for two days - so far no buying from the grids since the installation
