3-phase charger that only works in single-phase — refund refused
Sales process was fine and installation was completed without issues. The problem began after installation when the charger failed to maintain 3-phase operation. Post-installation support is where things fell apart. I raised a formal refund request under the Australian Consumer Law with documented evidence that the unit cannot operate as advertised. Jet Charge refused, claiming it was a battery storage configuration issue on my end. I provided further evidence including testing with the battery system completely shut down — the problem persists regardless. They have not responded in over two weeks. The matter is now being escalated to NSW Fair Trading.
EV Charger - Zappi
The Zappi is sold as a 3-phase 22kW charger but has a known limitation with phase detection. It dynamically downgrades itself to single-phase (7kW) and cannot reliably recover, even after power cycling. myenergi acknowledged the issue in their diagnostics but attributed it to the supply characteristics at my property. The unit fails to maintain 3-phase even with my Tesla Powerwalls completely powered off. A 3-phase charger that can't reliably charge on 3 phases is not fit for purpose.
Defective EV Charger - Buyer beware poor customer service
I've had 4 defective units (EV Charger) of the same brand installed, problem still occurs with poor connectivity. Jetcharge wiping their hands of responsibility.
EV Charger - Wallbox Pulsar
clumsy EV charger, app problematic, connection drops constantly!!! I do not recommend this brand, nor the support that I have received from Jetcharge which is disappointing.

JetCharge were very good in responding to queries, giving a quote that held up throughout the process, and using highly quilified, frinedly and punctual installers.
EV Charger - Autel
The charger as an Autel charger not JetCharge who have been excellent throughout this process. Autel Max Lite 7kW. A neat tidy and reliable charger for direct charging, I found the app very clumsy, clunky, and with no clear flow of information on process to schedule or set up a plan. To get an understanding of the steps required you had to find 3 different pages not titled iaw their content. And then there were terms thrown in that appeared to mean the same action, but in fact did not, and caused me 3 failed scheduling attempts over 3 nights form midnight. eg. "autostart, enabling, when set, connected". The app needs serious revision to give clear instructions on how to use the equipment's excellent capability to program, show usage etc etc.

Easy to deal with, sensible pricing and approach, punctual and accurate scheduling, friendly and professional staff. Very happy with the work done.
