Good pre-installation customer service & value for money for good products
Positive The sale person came to check the roof and provided the detailed information. The installers were friendly and punctual. Negative The backstop test continued to fail. Eventually took 1.5 months to pass post-installation. A number of follow-up required.

We got 15KW hrs installed. We are now roughly 95% off grid. Enphase batteries have impressed, rapid charging and able to handle all loads I have tested it on. Zero problems
EV Charger - Zappi
Still getting used to my zappi and struggling to make it detect excess solar as our micro inverters ramp down power when the house demand is low but I think I can fix this.

Friendly staff
Sales were excellent and work was done on time. Only hiccup was suspension of company as retailer eligible by Solar Vic but was able to proceed given rebate had already been approved. This was very surprising given the good reviews on line and my own assessment.
