Has been very difficult dealing with this company. Issues still needing to be resolved months after installation. Power company assessed work done by installers as defective. Lack of interoperability between solar panels and micro inverters and battery systems.

Still waiting for months for a damaged inverter to be replaced. It wasn’t working from installation.
Battery - eCactus
Battery has poor interoperability with inverter system (APSystems micro inverter) also a single phase battery was installed despite having three phase at home, which makes the battery useless in my view.

Good looking wall mounted battery and has a screen aswell to show how much power we have and during the latest blackout we had continued power supply. Only thing I didnt like is the stickers they have to put on them
