Yes - even VCAT say they are a scam....
Review left 3 years after system installed
As per other comments - this company is / was a scam. They will happily lie to you to sell their products but NEVER a call back. Because of the failures of their promises we took the company to VCAT (in June of 2025). The first hearing was a joke and basically - they had a young girl turn up who knew nothing and basically was reading from a script. At the second hearing in August 2025 - a representative did not show up and the Court found in our favour requiring them to pay us. Obviously VCAT does not really have any teeth - sop we went to ASIC - only to find that the website is now closed and the business name has also been closed (since 05 September 2025). It will be interesting to see how they re-invent themselves and under which name. Sorry guys - like us - everyone who did their due diligence and found this business to be reputable has basically lost their money. In follow up to the first comment re finance - we are now taking them to VCAT (company name Bright finance) - as we believe they are in cahoots. Whoever may read this - we will uhopefully keep you updated

Battery -
still withdrawing funds from my account after 5 year repayment plan has finished
I just found out this company has permanently closed which makes it very hard to figure out who to contact to ask them why they've continued to withdraw funds from my account even after the 5 year repayment plan has finished. I've just had to dispute it with the bank and I'm now waiting on the results to see if I'll even get my money back for the additional withdrawls made without my permission.

I'm not sure if it's the solar panel brand but we have a single storey property. we are surrounded by double storey properties and the installers have installed the panels flat so i just dont think we get to utilise as much solar as we can considering the installtion was so badly planned

Absolute disgrace
No follow up on complaints. Once the money is taken they will not help you resolve anything. DODGY!
