The overall experience was a breeze

The overall experience was a breeze, but there were some anomalies that required fixing. Namely the billing process. This layout of the costs and deductions, etc., did not add up, and after several inquiries, it was sort of resolved. Initially, the price was incorrect because of a software glitch, and after that was rectified and the cost reduced accordingly, the numbers still did not stack up. After another inquiry, a response was forwarded, explaining how the system worked but still did not equal my calculations of the figures supplied.

Solar Panel - Longi

5.00

Panels look fantastic and appear to be very efficient. However, to date, we have not seen any statistics because it has not been signed off and the system engaged to process energy to the batteries and/or grid.

Solar Inverter - Sofar

5.00

The inverter is stylish and clean. So far, we have not engaged in using the app yet until everything has been sorted legally and the installers return to confirm that the system is operating efficiently and to give us an introduction to the app monitoring procedure.

Battery - APsystems

5.00

Unable to comment at this stage about the performance of the batteries because the system has not yet been officially connected. After the legal process of license and safety checks is completed, the installer will attend and put the final touches in place and provide us with an introduction on the operation of the system.
