Sales process was smooth and company offered advice on several options. However, I finally went with their recommendation of a Teison 7.4kW smart mini for my home use. So far no complaints with ev charger's operation and I

The app that comes with the Tension has a timing function that's hard to figure out. WiFi range is limited, but that could be because of my home WiFi rather than app. EV charger is set to "automatic" and I can control it easily via my Kia EV6's charging function.

Very good pricing.

Very good pricing. Actually farmed out to Saints Electrical which also quoted but at a higher price. Installation By Saints Electrical was terrific. Professional, neat work and cleaned up after themselves. Great communication on installation times.
