They were friendly and helpful
They were friendly and helpful. Eager to install. Job were well done. 3 months on working still fine. The after service, though not so eager. They focus on get the job done but when we have questions we cannot get help. We are not on the buy back scheme any more. We were forced to install a smart meter (which means, the government now has full control over your meter.) Meaning if the grid is over used, the gov can switch off your aircon. This is already being done in other countries. The first bill is yet to come with the new usage.
SHONKY OPPERATOR
SHONKY OPPERATOR! Steer clear! They installed my system, were ok in the lead up but they blew up 3 of my air conditioners, and my range hood at install.......and now claim it wasn't them! Everything worked until they caused a power spike, which blew up a switch inside. It is now costing me $3,000 to replace parts and air cons! Whatever you do, go with someone else, these people don't care!
