Sales was great, the installers were fantastic ,system work’s great

The initial consultation was informative & pressure-free/direct]. The sales representative, Marc Peters, took the time to explain the solar & battery system and didn't try to upsell me on components I didn't need. They provided a clear breakdown of the expected ROI and government rebates, which made the decision easy. The installers arrived right on time and were incredibly professional. They were friendly, answered all my "curious homeowner" questions, and kept the site tidy throughout the day. Since the install, I had a minor question about the monitoring app, and their support team & Solax support responded within hours to walk me through it. The system is performing exactly as promised.

The sales rep mark was very helpful and informative. installers were friendly, punctual, finished before the estimated time and cleaned up after themselves. About three weeks after installation, a day after there’d been NBN work locally, there was an issue with the battery not sending or revising data or instruction from the apps. After I did what I could using the Troubleshooting guides without success, I rang Solar Bright’s tech support person and they got me to do a few things. When still no luck, they contacted ther battery supplier who must have doen soemthign at their end becuase it started working again a couple of hours later. I.E. ony 5-6 hours lost. All good since.

We decided to purchase a replacement for our solar panels plus a Tesla Powerwall-3. After considering multiple quotes, we selected SolarBright. This was our best decision. John from SolarBright was the only one that did a site visit which gave us the opportunity to discuss the scope of works and implications of the extensive work, especially the optimal solar panel arrangement on the roof. John provided a detailed quote with all the attractive Government subsidies listed. Although I was nervous on the installation day as I was unsure as to the quality of the installation Team. I was happily reassured from the on time the team arrived that morning. The team Leader, Zhive from UNA Electrical and Solar briefed us on the work and kept us updated throughout the day. The team members were like ‘Energiser Bunnies”. They operated like a well oiled machine throughout the day and competed the whole project in one day, ( this included removal of the original solar panels and stand ). They cleaned upon completion and took away all waste. The whole process from quote to handover was truly professional and we unreservedly recommend both SolarBright and UNA. Richard Cook

They arrived on time, were courteous and tidy, and completed the installation of both the solar panels and the battery efficiently. They took great care of my property and left the area spotless. After the installation, the technician walked me through the new system and the monitoring app, answering all my questions and ensuring I was confident with how everything worked. Since the installation, my system has been performing exactly as promised. The battery has been great for storing excess energy generated during the day, significantly reducing my reliance on the grid and lowering my electricity bills. I also have the peace of mind of backup power in case of an outage. The monitoring app is easy to use and it’s great to see exactly how much energy we’re generating and using. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. For anyone in the market for a solar and battery system, I would absolutely recommend contacting Solarbright. Sales was great, Installation sealed the deal. Marc was willing to discuss options, prices and timeframe without leaving a feeling of being pushed which is exactly how I felt talking to my local supplier. They weren't the cheapest, albeit it was marginal but a classic case of comfort beats price. Installation I would depict as around 5% shy of perfect. The team was great, on-time and as I see frequently these days clean and tidy. The only downside was an expectation that the inverter supplied had left a couple of oversized MC4 connectors - they hadn't. The engineers got around this with a direct order from SunGrow and finished the job a few days later. Obviously that left me with a expensive brick against the wall for a short period and I was ecstatic when it all fired up perfectly first time, including the backup load testing which went without a hitch. The only comment I'd make which contradicts this site presently was the cost. I paid approx. $13.4k for a 20kWh battery (SBH200) with installation which is notably less than the $18.3k battery only price average price on this site's review. All things said that means my payback period using the sites means of calculation drops by around 25% with a cost per kWh of $670 that's considerably less than the indicated $1,020.
