EnergyBuster disappointed
Contract with EnergyBuster says the battery will be installed on the bulding's opposite side from the meter, yet installers arrived with a worksheet saying to install next to the meter. Again, the contract does not specify how it will be coupled, DC or AC, - but this question was asked specifically via an email to the salesperson, and confirmed - it will be DC coupled. Yet, I am asked to pay extra $1600 for DC cabling, via SMS from salesman, while the installers are waiting on my front yard.

The sales process was exceptional. I was able to maximise the panels I could put on my roof by removing a chimney. They planned it beautifully and gave me good options and I ended up with a bargain. I don't pay for electicity. They pay me which is fantastic. The intallation was efficient and professional. No post installation support needed. I switched to monthly payments instead of 3 monthly. I do have to apply for a refund every month as it is not automatic but that's ok. Energy Buster are great. Ask for Vedad Becirovic

Well informed and efficient.
The sales process was very well conducted with no pressure and lots of information including a site visit which avoids installation glitches. The installation itself was carried out very effectively and with no mess. The team lead was also well informed. The billing was only a 10% deposit with balance after installation. The only reason for four rather than five stars is a post-installation contact would have been welcome. The battery failed after one month but TESLA replaced it immediately.

Battery failed after one month. Safety system kicked in effectively and immediately replaced by TESLA who were very effective.

Energy Buster were completely professional. I had done a fairly large amount of research before calling them and they were able to answer all of my questions and suggest better alternatives. We have since recommended them to three additional people, all of whom are extremely happy with their systems.
Solar Inverter - Fronius
Aside from a few niggles with their monitoring app, the Inverter itself performs flawlessly. I believe that some people find the fan in the Fronius inverters a little loud to be on the wall outside a bedroom. We haven't found this to be a problem.
They sent a consultant to inspect our property and discussed the best option for us. The installation was completed within a day and was completed by competent trades people.
Solar Inverter - Delta
No problems with the inverter. I have an app on my phone which allows me to monitor the inverter's performance.
