AFTER- SALES SUPPORT- We provide 15 years of workmanship warranty and 1 year of leakage warranty. In case of any issues or problems, we raise the issue and escalate the problem with the inverter companies within 48hours to resolve the issue.
We keep few commonly used inverters always in stock, so we can replace them even before the warranty claim is approved, saving time and hence the energy bills for the customer. As warranty claims take 2- 4 weeks, and inverter can take further 2 weeks to be delivered and another 2 weeks for installer to come and change the inverter With us we send new inverter when he comes and checks the faulty inverter so we can replace there and then to save time and money for client as he will save 2 months of electric bill with us.

Sales process was fine, installation was fine, but it just didn't work til fixed
Sales process was fine, but I was told installation would be in November but it didn't happen until January. On completion of installation I was told the system was up and working but the app told me there was a fault. I told FSS of this and they later did agree there was a fault and a technician would come to fix it. I was then told the technician was away and it wouldn't happen til the weekend. in fact it wasn't until Thursday the following week that it was fix
Solar Panel - JA Solar
I didn't expect the system to generate 9kw due to inefficiencies and it is in east/west configuration and there are trees both east and west. The maximum I have noted is 7+kw. However I had anticipated this and chosen this size as it is satisfactory for my needs.

I think the app is brilliant and have adjusted my use, like plugin in my electric car for greater efficiency.
Desired outcome achieved.
How was the sales process? Smooth. Were installers friendly, punctual and tidy on the day? Absolutely. Have you needed any post-installation support? Yes - simply to provide advice on understanding the manufacturers app. Our primary requirements for this, our second solar system, was non-technical. Our priority was 'payback period'! FSS quoted a price that was significantly cheaper than anyone else; plus, quoted a battery that had 50% higher capacity than anyone else. Bonus! Based on results to date, we will easily achieve our desired payback period of 4 years.
Solar Panel - JA Solar
The solar panels are doing the job as expected. We did not 'choose' these panels, they were supplied as part of the PV/battery system 'package' quoted to us. Do they look good on the roof? Can't see them and who cares? Not a factor that I would consider.
Solar Inverter - SAJ
Once again, not a brand that we chose. The inverter/battery system was part of the package supplied. To date, cannot fault the performance of the overall system. The app is extremely comprehensive, perhaps too much so for anyone not au fait with the terminology and technology of PV/inverter/battery systems. It is nothing to be frightened of though, as once the system is 'primed' to the individual's requirements as far as import/export rates, it is 'set and forget'!
Virtual Power Plant - Synergy
As far as I know, the Synergy VPP has yet to be implemented. Hence the rating and savings estimate below.
