I was very skeptical about solar at first, as the system we had prior stopped working and the company no longer existed. When Resinc knocked on my door, they were very informative and helped change my mind. Sales process was good, installation was average. They use contractors for installation, so some of the things that were mentioned in the sales process did not happen in an ideal fashion (installation took much longer to occur, we did not get the pre-installation site inspection that was suggested/promised), the after-sales support promised was not as good as I expected (but the system is working fine; so nothing major; just very hard to actually get in touch with anyone and some trouble with the app for monitoring etc, nothing bad)

Price fluctuated then needed wire upgrade which was not told to me until 4 weeks before in stallion there green loan financing ballooned out with fees and ended up paying nearly 10 thousand dollars for 5 klw hi mo 6 system now with the savings from solar and the 360 a quarter for loan my power bill is worse
