The service has been outstanding, everyone from the sales team to the installers and the post install team that check up on you, everyone has been great. We're saving lots of money and the product is doing what we were told it would do.

Sales process was good, installation was average. They use contractors for installation, so some of the things that were mentioned in the sales process did not happen in an ideal fashion (installation took much longer to occur, we did not get the pre-installation site inspection that was suggested/promised), the after-sales support promised was not as good as I expected (but the system is working fine; so nothing major; just very hard to actually get in touch with anyone and some trouble with the app for monitoring etc, nothing bad)

Price fluctuated then needed wire upgrade which was not told to me until 4 weeks before in stallion there green loan financing ballooned out with fees and ended up paying nearly 10 thousand dollars for 5 klw hi mo 6 system now with the savings from solar and the 360 a quarter for loan my power bill is worse
