Purchase and installation was easy. After installation there were Hinen App monitoring issues but ShineHub was slow to respond. The Hinen batteries have been faultless since installation.

Awful support. These clowns sold me a battery that was going to lose me money to operate, due to my feed in tarrifs. Their "support" is just an AI, that replies by restating what you told it.

The customer service of this organisation is atrocious. I have had continual issues with the so called 'Virtual Power Plant' since installation 3 years ago. To date I have NEVER received one single payment - despite calls that payment has been sent! - and continual calls to shine hub just send me down a rabbit hole of confusion and denial. Do not accept their promises regarding the VPP.

Joined Shinehub in October 2021, in nearly 4 years they have discharged my battery approximately 32 times, and I’ve earnt a total of $22.10???? On one occasion they deposited a pitiful $0.0135 in my bank account. The VPP is not free if you want to leave either, despite them saying it’s free, I informed them that I wanted to stop, and they tried to charge me $500??? Go figure.!!! Over a period of time I’ve been quite frustrated with their poor customer service and clearly, they are profiting off of my battery far more than me ($22.10 in 4 years??) Be careful.

The process was a little slow and there were teething issues but they were resolved reasonably
