Sales process was excellent with David coming to site and working through the installation in a very professional manner. Solarbank took more interest in my installation than others and worked to provide an arrangement to cover my water heating. The scope of work and installation arrangements were discussed and agreed. The price competitive with other suppliers. Solarbank were also very flexible and modified the scope at my request without any difficulties. The installation work happened exactly as discussed - all installers were professional, polite and hard working. The installation was completed with difficult weather - raining for part of the day - but completed on time - no mess and everything was left in a good order. I am looking forward to the savings into the future and am confident that any issues will be addressed quickly and professionally
