Installation issues - wont resolve
Review left 2 years after system installed
Installation created a leak in the roof where the solar brackets lift the tiles. I notified Sync and had to push to get someone to come out to fix. eventually did, but all they did was fill all the tile joins up with silicone which somehow made the leak worse. I contacted them again requesting they fix but have avoided engaging and resolving and now i have a damaged ceiling & wall and had to pay another tradesman to resolve.
