In 2015 Solar Choice were approached by aged-care provider St Andrews Village to help reduce their excessive monthly consumption costs in the ACT.
Typically a care home will use power all day everyday 365, which means they are an ideal candidate for a solar solution. The client and the board understood the value through a well presented array of installer options and an indicative Business Case completed by our own in-house Engineering Team.
Through on-going discussions & support the client was able to make a prompt decision and chose to proceed with one of our recommended commercial PV specialists using Canadian Solar & ABB.
The install provided a number of challenges and guidelines which our installer was able to meet to a satisfactory standard.
