Very helpful prior to sale then have been bad since.Had to pester for install date, and then when cancelled due to weather, they couldn't give me new date. Eventually they rang day before and said coming tomorrow. Location of panels changed significantly on the day. They said had to run conduit in the house, which was not told about even though had provided photos. Months after installation, they forgot claiming government rebate, and when I told them it had expired, they asked me to get it extended for them. System has stopped working properly and have been waiting 5 working days for reply and still no response.

Useless. Supply and installation did not match the proposal agreement and was of such low quality that it had to be redone. Many defects and problems that took way too long to address. It’s still not 100% two months later. Amazing Solar very pushy sales and hopeless incompetent customer service with equally poor original installation.

Writing this review after waiting for solar inspector's visit to cover end-to-end engagement with Amazing Solar. 1. Excellent Pre-sales support from Patrick making us understand the product, various options and the best option based on energy usage. 2. Good price offering with honest upfront mention of additional costs during initial offer (if any) and further checking photos of switchboard to confirm no additional costs were required in our case. 3. Excellent turn-around time from Patrick and other team members for responding to all our smallest queries. 4. Excellent turnaround time for arranging the solar panel and inverter installation. (2 days in our case) 5. Excellent choice of subcontractors to carefully and aptly install the panels and inverter. Till now everything has been done on schedule including arranging the solar inspector visit which took around 2 weeks in our case (the inspection is independent of the solar retailer) and I am sure Amazing Solar will ensure my energy retailer is timely advised on configuring the electric meter for FIT.

Tha company had given me a date and came promptly at 0800 I was happy with the installers as they listened to me. At about 15:00 o clock the wound down and left my place. They took all the rubbish and they showed me that the system was bringing in power already. I was very happy with this company.

Thank you Peter(Amazing solar) It has been three months since I started seriously researching solar information when I realized that the ever-increasing electricity bill is becoming unbearable, and it is expected to keep rising in the future. I came across an article that mentioned installing solar panels as a way to save money, and that convinced me to make up my mind about the installation. There are so many solar companies out there, and understanding the solar systems themselves took a lot of research time. Moreover, when I looked for recommendations, most of them were for companies in different states. So, living in Victoria, I focused on checking companies in Victoria and cross-checked everything from Google reviews to other review sites. After reaching out to numerous companies, I finally connected with someone who explained everything meticulously over the phone, even sharing their screen to go through all the details from start to finish. I realized that not only choosing the right company but also finding someone who can explain things properly is crucial. Some people simply provide explanations without much effort. In the end, I contracted with Peter through the award-winning Amazing Solar company, which is registered with the Victoria government. I am overjoyed (tears of joy) with this decision. Researching for three months while managing my daily tasks had become exhausting, but thanks to Peter .

Amazing Solar has been fantastic from the start to the end. Peter from sales has been really helpful in getting a good system planned for me and my requirements. Prices are competitive. He is very on point with follow ups. For me personally, it could be toned down a little. The installers, Shuki and his co-worker were good. There was a small mistake made on the switchboard that resulted in a blown fuse but was quickly rectified professionally. This led to a swift approval from the inspector. After support was good too. I believe getting connected to the grid can be improved. It's taking a while. But overall, I would recommend Amazing Solar!

While Amazing Solar were pleasant enough to deal with during the sales process (thanks Kelvin), their installer placed a 20kW inverter _inside_ my workshop, rather than outside as directed on the quote. When under load, this inverter emits over 60dB of noise, rendering my workshop basically uninhabitable for focussed work. Amazing Solar have been very evasive about this, repeatedly ignoring multiple emails (over many months), and attempting to evade their responsibilities under consumer law ("fit for purpose" in particular); before finally agreeing to move the inverter outside for $400, which was promptly paid. Now after ignoring emails again for weeks, they say "that was the wrong price, it's now $850). BEWARE - once they have your money, they basically start ignoring you. (Other than that, the quality of the products, and the installation was good - and I wouldn't have any complaints)

Circuit breaker kept tripping every morning or every second morning following installation. Contacted amazingsolar about it after finding it was too frequent and they fixed it the next day by replacing the circuit breaker with a non-safety switch type. Mostly a good experience. Installation was on time and quick but panels not placed as in pre-photo, and optimisers not placed as expected. It took 1 month for an initial mistake on installation (battery wasn't discharging) to be fixed. Post installation followup was minimal. Now all seems to be good.
